Ok, to elaborate on my situation: I have a Toshiba Satellite 2655XDVD Laptop. I'm trying to use a Xircom Cardbus 10/100 PCMCIA NIC. It works under 2.2.14, but when I upgrade to 2.3.50, even though I add all the appropriate drivers & modules in the kernel config, it still refuses to work. Unfortunately, Xirom says they don't have Linux drivers persay, but the Tulip module works perfectly under the lesser kernel - so why doesn't it work under the new kernel? I am compiling it in as part of the kernel, not a module, and it still won't fly. Any suggestions? Thanks!! Joel -- To unsubscribe: mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe" as the Subject.
