Most of the entries in the file have to do with logins to your machine. The
entry you show above shows that someone from IP address 199.224.86.36
telnetted into your machine. If you have POP or IMAP mail access enabled,
you will also see logs for them. It is a good file to check to see who is
accessing your machine.
