Definitively. However, did it actually come from Hotmail? Like I tried to
explain before, the "From:" and "To:" and "Reply-To:" fields are easily
forged. You need to look at the actual headers of the email to determine
where the spam came from.

In comparison, 99% of my spam originate from PSI, UUnet, AOL and other
dial-ups. Much of the time, the spammer relayes via a Chinese, Korean,
Japanese or European open mail server, and sends it straight to the MX.

Hotmail and other freemail providers are usually very quick about pulling
spammers' accounts. They have to, because if they don't, they end up in the
RBL and become useless.
