Ok, one should read one's chip labels correctly: The IDE controller in
question has a Promise PDC20230-C chip on it. I searched the web for it,
but only found a few drivers for Windows and SCO - no documentation.
So, if that chip rings a bell with someone, please drop me a line...
Promise themselves doesn't have much about that chip on their pages...
