Yes, the first one should be LILO and after that, if chosen, NT's
loader.

Yes, but I'd rather call your 'DOS' entry (under LILO) an 'nt' name
because it leads you to NT's loader. Of course, you may if you like even
add a real 'dos' entry and this one entry may be placed under LILO
directly (like your DOS entry), or, under NT's loader (beside standard
NT and NT in VGA mode entries).
