There are no stale lock files. For now at least, I've
gotten rid of the warning windows by doing the
following. I wrote a simple executeable script that
first deletes any existing lock files and then run a
copy of netscape. I then edited kmenu so that I run
the script when I want netscape. It may not be slick,
but it get the job done.
