The root of my problems with my Samba 2.0.3 to 2.0.6 upgrade seem to stem
from the following log entries:
Failed to set gid priveleges to (-1,505) now set to (0,0) uid=(0,0)
PANIC: Failed to set GID.
The sympton are not being not able to log in as an ordinary user any more.
Root works, but nothing else.
The config file is the same one I've used with 2.0.3 but I've even tried
some of the example ones included with 2.0.6.
If anyone can think of anything to help, great.
If not, where could I find more answers?
