See my other post in reply to your original answer to build RPMs fro SRPMS,
but I will tell you its not as simple as just rebuilding SRPMS or
specifying that they are called  something.i686.rpm     , to actually
optomise an RPM to be of benifit, requires a working knowledge of the
software you would be compiling, and exactly what it may or may not need to
optimise, in other words, you may be wasting your time.

If you have something that is particularly slow, and you know you have the
resouces to run it fast, then , if I were you, i would start to look into
what optimisations may suit that particular package, and go about building
it after you are 100% sure of what you are doing.
