I purchased one of these, the internal IDE model for Christmas. When I put
the cartridge in it started to make this beeping sound, another cartridge
same beeping sound, called Castlewood, always either closed or leave a
message. Finally sent several (like 8) emails, I got someone to talk to me
and give me a RMA number send the drive back and they sent me back a
different drive (standard RMA fair) but the new drive LED does not work.

Geez, I give up.

The drive (when it did work) worked just like a IDE harddrive and linux saw
it as that, an IDE hard drive and I could read/write like normal no drivers
or anything.

Just my two cents..
