Probably because it's trying to connect via imap? no? check under the
Advanced tab and see if the port numbers are correct. Pop3 should be 110 I
think. I've seen oe bugger up the settings like this heaps of times...
FYI: it's not "No Socket Error", it's
"Secure(SSL): No",
"Socket Error: 10061"
Which means that SSL is turned off, and there was a socket error 10061,
which I think, from memory, is "connection refused".
