Hi!

There are several ways to install without the boxed diskette (actually,
my diskette from 5.2 was damaged from factory...). You can make your
booting floppies from the RH 6.2 CD, with the same dd process or using
rawrite from DOS/WIN. On the other hand, you could have booted from the
CD if your systems allow you. Actually, and this is something I have
done more than once, you can boot from a Win98 startup disk and set up a
booting with CD-ROM support, and then run autoboot.bat from the dosutils
directory in your CD, and installation will start...

BTW, you may like to check www.redhat.com/errata for the new floppy
images.
