Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Applications
Delete entries with anything like
realplay %s
in them. There should be lines which say
Plug In: Real . . . . (Can't complete line because netscape won't let
you copy text from this dialog!)
The realplay %s lines are for helper applications and can confuse
netscape.
You can do
about:plugins
in the open page dialog to see plugins you have installed.
