I currently use a 486SX/33 with 24MB RAM and two 3Com 3C509B NICs as
my firewall. Works great with four machines running behind it. Only
issue is you might want to increase the RAM to 32MB or so. Shouldn't
be too hard to run down 72 pin SIMMs at a very good price these days.
For firewall use only, HD size is way beyond what is needed. They have
Linux firewalls that boot from floppies.
