Hi :
I did have a similar problem. I mean if you are connecting from your office,
I mean going through a PABX like Panasonic with 4 wire phones, I noted that
you need to disconnect them from the phone too, else it does not dial at
all. Just have a modem connected to the telephone, do not connect the phone
( 4 wire ) also parallelly.
