I had the similar problem of not seeing action buttons when doing any
changes. Based on the advise from the experts I had to change the screen
resolution to see all the action buttons. Please change the screen
resolution to higher to see them. This could be the reason that you can not
browse the net, I mean not the changes getting saved.
