No, I don't think you have to get a bank to verify them. I think that's
the point of buying it. Someone's working on an Open Source CCVS product,
but the problem is that any of these packages have to be approved by all
the banks around. I think HKS already got everyone and their brother to
sign off on their product. At least that's what's on the website.
