This topic comes up every now and then, but unfortunately I can not find the
answer in my notes. You might try searching for virus on the archieves at
moongroup. If I am remembering correctly there are virus programs that will
search the linux partitions for known windows viruses. This could be useful
if you are using samba. I don't remember the prices, but it was cheaper to
by four copies of norton that any of the server based packages I looked at.
