99.9% cpusage on a dual pII 450???

So, anyone care to let me in on this ld-linux.so.whatever garbage thats
eating up my cpu?  At least twice a day I have to kill this process cause
it's eating up all but .1% of my cpu.  I find this a little mind boggling
since I run a dual pentium II 450 with 256 MB RAM.

Any ideas???
