Recommendation of a IMAP & WebMail package

I need to turn my RedHat 6.1 / Sendmail box into a web-mail & IMAP server,
and I'm looking for recommendations on "good" ones. I've looked over
freshmeat, and there are quite a few solutions out there, but I'd like to
hear other peoples experience with those packages. The solution might end up
supporting as many as 5000 users. But initial implementation will only be a
few people for a "proof-of-concept".
