Use linuxconf and go to the User Accounts section then to Policies. Under there
is Password and account Policies. Change the first entry (minimum charactors)
to 10. Though, bear in mind that I think there is a limit on the amount of
charactors you can use. I **think** it's 16 max but I'd have to do some
research.
