Seems like some of the messages at boot are done before the timezone
thing happens but I can't remember if that is in demsg only or not.  We
were looking at some logs and noticed some events happening 6 hours
before ones earlier and had us scratchin our heads for a few minutes and
several reboots to try and figure it out.
