out of curosity I just wanted to add somethinf else to the question
that is if the password protection is enabled in linux single user mode
and we either forget the password to linux single user mode and the root
password is there any way to recover them OR if the password file
get's corrupted for both the single user mode and the root's password
can we work out a solution to this or we have to re-install
