Try SecureCRT. It has it's quirks, but it speaks SSH1 and SSH2, telnet,
rlogin, and a few others. Several emulation modes, understands emacs, and
fairly customizable.

Only problem is that it's a US company, and therefore falls under export
restrictions. It's also not quite free; it's shareware at a price low enough
to be acceptable, though.
