On a system I set up a /etc/ethers file in order to get data packets to
an Ascend dialup box. With the system already running, I used arp -f
to read the file.

The simple question is... if the system is rebooted, will the file be
read automatically, or will I need to run arp in rc.local to build the cache?
I couldn't see anything in the man page regarding this.

Thanks in advance.
