XFree does not include any window manager, you must, apart from
installing XFree, install the WM RPMs you want.
Then you must, in your ~/.xinitrc (or ~/.xclients, depending if you're
starting with startx or xdm), start the window manager you want. For
example:
xterm &
xeyes &
fvwm
Note the last line does not have the '&' character
