Sure it is.  If the point is supported (as Vidiot *has* been
supporting his points) then it might help steer people away
from 'xyz'. 

Try this: 
"Are there any 6.0 users out there?  Think twice before
upgrading.  Maybe you should wait for 6.2."

Or even this: 
"Redhat screwed up on quality control on 6.1, so beware of
their upgrades in general.  If they don't improve their QA
next time, I'm seriously thinking about switching to
Debian."

Isn't this all constructive?  I know Vidiot's tone can be
annoying (I think I even had him filtered for awhile), but
in this case I'm completely in sympathy with him. (Me, I
held off on upgrading from 5.2 to 6.x until 6.1, because I
thought RedHat was crazy for rushing into so much new
stuff... I had the weird idea that 6.1 would be in better
shape than 6.0).
