Others recommended some good front-ends, but for the real skinny,
see /usr/doc/HOWTO/CD-Writing-HOWTO if you have the docs installed.

If you have an IDE CD-RW, the trick is getting SCSI emulation set up. It's
covered in the HOWTO, mostly.
