1) Yes, I have it is very simple with both BSD and Linux
2) Yes, Linux RedHat 6.1 is very stable and so much better than 6.0 or 5.2 and
because of the low "overhead" in BSD and Linux  both of them are extremely good
compared to NT. Never seen BSD or Linux crash before

What I do is Have a test where you do a test of FreeBSD and test how well it
does the job. Then you do a install of Linux RedHat 6.1. And do the same for NT
..

And make a decision. If you think FreeBSD or Linux or NT might do the job.

3) NetMax File Server is extremely good. I would recommend if I was given the
decision power.
