However, I tried this, and I can still use expn and vrfy.
#in /etc/sendmail.mc
define(`confPrivacy_FLAGS' , `authwarnings,noexpn,novrfy')
#then
[root@pooh /etc]# m4 /etc/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf
[root@pooh /etc]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail restart
