Welcome Katie!  Hang in there! You'll be back on buddy/buddy terms
before you know it! 

What problems are you having exactly? Have you done the XF86Setup yet? 
if so, what seems to be the problem?  There are a great number of
knowledgable people on this list that can help you if they know exactly
what the problem is.  I'm still a newbie, but I've learned quite a bit
and learning more every day. I'm sure someone (maybe even me) can help
you if you just dump a little more info on us.  Until then, cheer up and
repeat after me....
