Will,

  That's the essence of the open source business model. Red Hat, LinuxCare
and others will be quite happy to set you up with a support contract that
meets your needs (and wants) exactly.

  You can also probably find a good, local SysAdmin/NetAdmin independent
consultant who can augment your internal expertise.
