To the best of my knowledge (and I've got a lot of experience with 
multi-
boot systems) the answer is "No".  As I previously stated, MS OS's are 
quite selfish.  They will not function unless they are on the first hard
drive in the system and, generally speaking, the first partition.  Linux
doesn't care, and will function nicely from either a logical or primary
partition on any drive in the system, though lilo will have problems if
it's not on the first or second drive & is installed to the MBR.

Programs like Partition Magic/Boot Magic and System Commander change 
the
partition type information and perform other lies to the MS os' to 
convince them that they're where they should be, even when they're not.
You may be able to do what you wish using one of these products.  
Otherwise,
I believe your answer is "No".
