Change the -A to -D, otherwise the line should be exactly the same.

I've seen that only in the last couple of days. I'm blaming it on
mirabilis, unless it continues (and it seems to have stopped here).

ip_masq_icq will allow you to receive file transfers and chat requests
behind a masq firewall. Otherwise, you won't be able to. You'll get
the request, but won't be able to actually complete either one.
