ICMP error

Feb 16 13:20:37 prudentialmanor kernel: 12.126.119.101 sent an invalid
ICMP erro
r to a broadcast.

Does anyone know how to stop this?  this is coming from another machine
on the net.  is there away to ignore this noise?  it keeps coming out
the the console.
