Problems with multi session cd burning.

Hi,
I am having the following problem when burning multi session cds:
All the sessions are on the cd however only the directory/file names are
correct on the last session. The previous sessions file names get
truncated or changed completely by the last session. I have tried all
combos of rock ridge extensions, translation tables etc. I am using the
latest version of mkisofs.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
