Sitecopy? I use sitecopy to update my web page to a remote server by
ftp... Should be able to rig it to ftp to the other machine in the local
network... Try freshmeat for sitecopy... It just updates new and changed
stuff, keeps a local record of what's changed (you have to sync it first
with the two sites the same, etc...)
