secondary DNS

So far i still can't seem to
get the secondary name server
to get retrieve the zone (is that
right way to call it) from the primary
server.  i pointed the named.conf
as the secondary zone, and also made the
SOA point to the primary name server.
also made the serial less than the
primary.

what did i do wrong?
