I need a Linux web server to use for two domains I have that meet the
following criteria:

1) Allows me to personally set up and admin from my home PC
  a) multiple users
  b) multiple ftp accounts
  c) multiple virtual domains
  d) backup MX for mail
  e) multiple restricted ftp accounts
  f) several web rings from program code I've written
  g) several talk lists from program code I've written (not majordomo or one
supplied by the system). I don't need root access. This program runs
from a user account I set up that is just for lists.
  h) secure server
  i) allows web sites for churches through either ftp or web based upload from
a perl script I've already written.

2) Allows me from my home PC to "mount" through NFS or some other method
to this server so I don't have to telnet in all the time, but can work with
files on the server as if they're on my own box.

I currently own and admin the domains Wesleyan.Net and ChristianFamilies.net.
I'm providing free web sites for churches, webrings, talk lists, form based
cgi-scripts, and a secure server which we're using for counselling services.
All of the above that I've mentioned except for the backup MX and file
mounting are part of the deal with our current server. Most of the code to
accomplish this is Perl based that I've either written or adopted from other
scripts to meet our needs. The service we're currently using is charging us
$50 a month for the two domains.

The reason I'm looking to move is that the system is choking on the Perl
scripts we're using. They use a neutered version of Red Hat Linux,
kernel 2.0.27, Perl 5.004. I can write full featured scripts that run on
my home PC, Red Hat 6.1, stock kernel 2.2.12-20, Perl 5.005_03, that work
without a hitch, but that our server chokes on.

Please contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you have a server that might
be able to meet our needs.

Thanks,

Glen
