I installed VNC last night at home and had no problems and this is on a
machine I normally run X on.
So, today I grabbed it for work and installed it on my machine here which
just acts as a server that I have never been able to X to run on (I'm
guessing it chokes on the graphics card...ISA Diamond("DiamondSTAR VGA" is
on some stickers, main chip is Tseng Labs ET4000AX?) not sure what it is).
Anyway, when I try and start vncserver on the server it says it cannot find
the xauth file in my path. Anyone have an answer? X is installed on the
machine.
