No sweat Bret, she acknowledges that she had the slap down coming, it
was a second slap down that put me in the position of having to defend
the better half. On another list, in order to have 'chat' as well as the
techno-geekage, they use the inclusion of <TID> in the subject line, so
that all one has to do is filter the subjects to reject any messages
with <TID> (Thread is Deteriorating) like: '<TID> Re: TH 6.2?' would be
in this message subject line, and no one that doesn't want to read chat,
has to. It makes for a more personal list, and a great way to make
friendships.
And, when you forget to use <TID>, everyone is free to beat Hell out of
you... :) It all depends on the majority of users on any given list and
what they want from it. Once, again, no problems. Ric
