OpenSSH (ftp://ftp.redhat.de/pub/rh-addons/security/*/openssh*) is the way
to go.
ssh used to be under an open-source license (BSD, I think) until some
early version (1.2.11), at which point they changed to a non-commercial
use only license.
OpenSSH was forked off the last free version and is being developed by an
open group of developers. By now it works better than the current ssh.
