Well, not really a perfect solution, but how about use of "\":

hosts allow = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,  xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, \
              xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,  xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, \
              xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,  xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
