Why not mount your NT partition and save your mail 
to the same place you save your NT mail?  Wouldn't
this do what you want?  (I do that with Win95.)
The other alternative is to move the contents of
your NT mail directory--oops, "folder"--to Linux 
every so often--maybe a cron job?  There is also
a program, I think it's called E2fsExplorer, but
I don't remember for sure, that will let you browse
your Linux directories from Windows.  Don't know
either whether it will work on NT.  It had some
problems, but for some purposes it works well
enough.

Maybe I don't understand the problem?
