Yes, whilst in windows, set your mail client to leave messages on the mail
server, I use an excellent windows client for doingthis called Calypso,
however MS whatever will do it too if you read the help file.....

The above assumes the mail server is remote and not in your control...

Be aware that the pop server on the other system may possibly be set to
defend againt leaving mail on the system, but not many are that stingy to
turn such things on. If so nothing can be done.
