There probably isn't much difference between the .12 and .14 kernel.  (The 
numbers indicate only two patches.)

The only thing I know for sure is if you're considering downloading the .14 
kernel from kernel.org or elsewhere and you are using software RAID, 
don't.  The .12 kernel that's part of 6.1 has support for auto-detecting 
software RAID partitions and the .14 kernel doesn't, which means if you're 
using software RAID to mirror your boot disk your system won't boot after 
you upgrade to the newer kernel.  If you must have the .14 kernel and 
you're using software RAID, you could install it provided you can get the 
patch that auto-detects RAID partitions.
