I'm not sure why I was specifically named in your CC...

I would do "rpm -qlp sudo161.rpm" and see what files are supposed to have been
installed.  Then check to see if those files are on your system.  Maybe
there's a README or something that comes with the package that you should
check out.  I know you have to configure the /etc/sudoers file before you can
use sudo, but the command should be there nonetheless...
