I think that making many root accounts is not a good idea because this operation increases the vulnerability of your system.
You must login as root only for administrative tasks, for example when you need to make new users, adding file system etc, if you don't work as system administrator you must create another user account, if you need it can have the GID 0.

Is there a way to make a second user, similar to root, that has full access
w/o having to type su each time? I've got a 6.1 box that I have my p/w set
as su, but I need to give another full access, but I don't want him to know
my password, and I'm not too fond of changing it.
