Not sure what you are posting here, but the error below will happen under
certain scenarios..
1 there are more than one person trying to access the pop acc
2 a connection died before closing off properly and the pop server thinks
there is still a client connected, there fore will hold the box in a locked
state for approx 15-20 mins (every access attempt may reset the clock)
3 there is a zombied lock file and it needs the admin to manually delete
it.....
I have seen all the above..........so if you have not waited 30 mins, do so
...... close the mail client till then.
