The free one is pretty much a DIY affair, but
you can always pay more money and purchase Sun
support.
Everyone gets free access to http://docs.sun.com/
and http://sunsolve.sun.com/ (interesting to
compare these with the RH/Linux 'equivalents').
Typically you find the techs get less money than
the workstations however.
