Hi,

Setting up a dial in line for one of our systems, and have dial in and pppd
connection working fine, except that he proxyarp command generates the
error:

'cannot determine ethernet address for proxyarp'

I assume that it can't figure out the HW address for the card, since the
usual arp command as I understand it would be along the lines of:

arp -s <hostname> <HW address>

My options file looks like:

asyncmap 0
netmask 255.255.255.248
proxyarp
lock
crtscts
modem
ms-dns 66.224.101.73

Should I be placing the HW address of the ethernet card somewhere also?
